Ranjana Mimani is the Founding Partner of R M Mimani & Associates LLP (RMA) and a distinguished Fellow Member (FCS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With a career spanning over 25 years, she is a veteran in the field of Indian Corporate Laws, recognized for her strategic vision and deep technical expertise.

Throughout her two decades of practice, Ranjana has been a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, ranging from high-growth startups to established listed entities. Her core competencies include:

With over decades of multi-disciplinary experience, he provides high-level strategic advisory and compliance solutions to a broad spectrum of corporate clients.

Under his leadership, RMA has evolved into a premier consultancy firm known for its client-centric approach. His portfolio includes a diverse range of clients-from startups to established listed and multi-national Corporates-across sectors like Manufacturing, Real Estate, Finance, defence and Infrastructure.

Gaurav Thakur
Head – Governance & Compliance

Gaurav Thakur is the Head of Governance & Compliance at R M Mimani and Associates LLP. He is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years in corporate governance, legal compliance, and financial management.

Gaurav is a dual-qualified expert, holding the prestigious credentials of an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). His extensive career is marked by leadership roles within prominent, large-cap listed entities, where he has been instrumental in managing complex regulatory frameworks and driving ethical business practices.

Before joining RMA, Gaurav held senior positions across the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, notably serving at:

  • Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) : Contributing to the governance and compliance requirements of one of India's premier infrastructure developers.
  • Tilaknagar Industries Ltd : Serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for the prominent consumer goods manufacturer, where he managed corporate secretarial functions and statutory reporting.

With a deep-rooted understanding of the operational challenges in industrial and infrastructure environments, his expertise includes:

  • Strategic Governance: Implementing best-in-class governance models for listed companies to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Expert navigation of SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and Corporate laws.
